Here is my story... Last month I went in search of a 'natural' way to cure my depression, anxiety and sleep disturbances. The great fact is that "I am in control" of the level I want and the results I want.That is the best aspect of this way of treatment.

Well, I am now at 2-3 level and use it every day or other day. Also, you can feel results quicker if you can get to a level of 1 or more sooner like it is directed, it just will depend on you. My son has ADD ADHD and I plan on starting him on it soon too.
